I have been working with choirs since University and have built up years of experience directing choirs of a range of abilities and maintaining a high standard of performance. The Choirs I have worked with have also allowed me to work on many bespoke compositions and arrangements commissioned by external organisations for the choirs to perform. Mersey Wave
The Mersey Wave choir was founded in 2012 and has been a exciting project that I have taken great satisfaction leading from a few enthusiastic people meeting once a week to a well established community chorus of 70 that has achieved some spectacular performances including a show at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, St Georges Hall, The Brindley Theatre Southport Theatre, and Chester Cathedral. Performing choral arrangements of Musical Theatre standards, Pop classics and Classical Opera Choruses. Mersey Wave C.I.C is a community interest company that I am co-director of which seeks to allow access to live music making for members of the Liverpool and Halton Communities and encourage music education. Runcorn Community Choir
I accepted the post of Musical Director for the Runcorn Community Choir in 2018 and have delighted in seeing if grow from around 15 members to 50 as of 2025. They meet every Tuesday evening at 7:30, to enquire about joining visit their facebook page
Maghul Community Choir
This delightful smaller group meets in Maghull Tuesdays at 1:15pm and I have been running this group since 2011. The really are a lovely bunch of people and I look forward to many more rehearsals and performances with them over the years! To enquire about joining this group please message me
