Christmas Season & live shows

As Christmas approaches it always becomes a time where my focus shifts to live shows rather than composition and production this year is no exception although I have been preparing music for a live show running for 6 shows this December which is the meeting of both worlds. The music is all pre-produced pieces such as the overture and part to accompany dance and action on the stage and backing tracks for the performers to sing and act with.

Beyond that show I will be playing live as a pianist and conductor at 9 shows during the December period with various different groups and organisations. As always, its one of my favorite times of year, but keeping ahead and organisation is key!
